Payment Assistance for Gas and Electric Program (PAGE)

PAGE is a new payment assistance program designed to assist moderate income households. You can receive a grant of up to $1,400 (depending on the balance owed) toward your PSE&G bill.

To be eligible you must:

  • Have a PSE&G bill that is currently past due or have a payment plan to pay your back due bills

  • Have made at least two payments of $25 or more in the last six months. At least one of those payments should have been made within the past 15 days, or a $75 good faith payment should have been made within the last 90 days ($150 if you have gas & electric combined account)

  • Must not currently be applying for, receiving or have received any benefit through the LIHEAP programs within the current heating season. Must not currently be receiving a USF benefit

  • Meet annual income requirements listed in the chart below

  • To apply for PAGE, call 1-855-465-8783 to locate the agency in your county or apply online at

  • PAGE applications are available all year.

*** Eligibility Notice: Households applying for PAGE that have $10,000 or more in liquid assets (savings, stocks, bonds etc.) will be deemed ineligible for PAGE grant ***

Provide all required documentation along with the application.  All required documentation must be provided with the completed application. Any applications that are missing any required documentation will NOT be processed by the AHA (agency who administers the PAGE program).

How to Apply:

You have several options on how to apply for PAGE:

1. Applications may be downloaded and submitted online. Note: You must have capability to upload the required documents to use this option. 2. Click here to print an application.**

3. Pick up an application at a PSE&G customer service center or one of the designated PAGE agencies listed below. ** - note: applicants can pick-up/submit PAGE applications at a designated PAGE agency.


4. Application must be picked up and can be processed by one of the designated PAGE agencies.
