Solar Developers for Residential Aggregated Projects

Details and Rules:

  • Residential aggregated parties will be treated as non-residential applicants under the Solar Loan III Program.
  • However, the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities requires such parties to submit individual residential project applications.
  • Individual applications will need to denote their corresponding residential aggregator.
  • Selected bids will be combined and the residential aggregator will be assigned the combined capacity with a weighted average SREC floor price to the nearest $5.00 increment.
  • Once individual residential project applications have been accepted and the residential aggregator has been assigned capacity, substitute projects will not be accepted.
