Voluntary Consent
Federal Energy Regulatory Commission regulations require that PSE&G post Voluntary Consent communications where an unaffiliated transmission customer consents, in writing, to allow the Transmission Provider to share its customer information with the Transmission Provider's Energy Affiliate.
