Vice President
Company Officer with overall responsibility for the PSE&G Electric Transmission System. Reports to the President and COO PSE&G.

Manager – Transmission Construction and Maintenance
OH/UG Manage the overhead construction of electric transmission outside plant facilities. Model safe behaviors and achieve positive safety results. Monitor construction schedules and budgets. Oversee the personal development of associates within the department. Handle industrial relations matters. Improve efficiency through process improvement. Assure effective communication throughout the department. Lead storm restoration efforts.

Electric Transmission Supervisor
Plans, organizes, schedules and supervises PSE&G employees and contractors in the operation, maintenance and construction of the transmission system. Trains, appraises, coaches and counsels employees. Responsible for onsite emergency response/coordination, including off hour duty and for effective and compliant work methods and continuous improvement. Assures and maintains accurate, complete work records. Meets service requests of customers and has in depth knowledge of underground transmission construction and maintenance including the installation of pipe type cable systems. Proficient at installing and maintaining electrical power, controls and hydraulic pressurization systems. Extensive practical experience in line of work including the installation of high voltage fluid filled systems.

Senior Staff Engineer
Responsible for providing a safe and reliable electric transmission system of all Company owned and operated transmission plant assets. Lead, direct and oversee construction and maintenance for PSE&G overhead and underground transmission system. Oversee the activities of all PSE&G and contractor construction and maintenance associates to ensure safe and efficient construction and maintenance of transmission facilities.

Office Supervisor Transmission
Oversee work force consisting of bargaining unit employees. Supervise and develop stock handlers and clerical staff. Work with Engineering, Construction, Procurement and other groups to improve processes. Responsible for maintaining material balances and cost plan objectives within the company guidelines. Direct materials control to optimize stocking levels and to increase material availability. Knowledgeable in SAP transactions, including inventory management and warehouse management.

Sr. Administrative Associate
Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Manager – Transmission, Construction and Maintenance and several other staff members in the group. Requires ability to handle varied duties with minimal supervision to include editing and proofreading of correspondence, prioritizing and directing mail, preparing expense statements, handling telephone calls, maintaining filing system, ordering supplies, and other administrative duties. Must understand status of various projects in order to address inquiries, prioritize workload, follow up on action items and ensure accurate filing. Will assist in the preparation of management reports and presentations. Sense of teamwork is imperative and will work closely with the other department administrative support to maintain proper support and coverage include Word and PowerPoint are essential. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written required.

Manager - Vegetation Management
Develop and implement forestry policies, which are in compliance with local regulations. Direct forestry programs including vegetation control, chemical vegetation management, landscape design and maintenance, and weed control. Interface with municipal officials, shade tree commissioners & arborists to analyze utility policies & impacts. Improves electric reliability through proper tree/vegetation management. Responsible for the coordination of line clearance activities to minimize tree caused power outages through the efficient use of resources and proper pruning techniques. Participate in professional seminars and works with professional organizations and provides company presentations and safety seminars.

Business Manager – Transmission
Direct the business performance process for Electric Transmission Plant & Engineering (TP&E). Lead the business planning for TP&E. Develop and implement a comprehensive financial forecast (incurred and capital) for Transmission Plant and Engineering. Conduct financial analysis. Analyze data to identify performance gaps and targets to include re-engineered process improvement plans. Negotiate project reviews and communicate lessons learned, organize problem solving, and develop solutions. Manage all aspects of Safety and environmental compliance. Lead business process improvement efforts in existing TP&E Operations, which are linked to safe and reliable transmission operations and maintenance. Perform similar activities for diverse clients of the Transmission business. Interact with process owners, field managers and other Transmission department associates for data gathering and process improvements / re-engineering efforts. Identify process inefficiencies and use findings to develop opportunities for transmission safety and reliability improvements. Manage details of process improvement / re-engineering changes within operating groups. Perform analysis of existing operations. Evaluate existing metrics and develop recommendations for new / additional metrics. Monitor the operational and business management activities. Negotiate and coordinate appropriate actions with internal and external clients to secure resource allocation to meet business targets. Control the material management process, procurement, billing and inventories. Manage the Transmission fleet procurement and maintenance to ensure safety and reliability. Develop and justify capital transportation budget to ensure efficient and economic delivery of vehicles and equipment. Institutionalize an Overhead and Underground Transmission work management plan. Monitor development of existing inspection programs and integrate into SAP system.

Manager - Electric System Operations
Manages the operations, operational planning, and regulatory compliance of the PSE&G bulk electric system in accordance with the PJM agreement. Has the authority to implement emergency procedures to maintain bulk electric system reliability. Reports to the Vice President – Electric Operations.

Senior Administrative Associate
Provides administrative support to Electric System Operations. Reports to the Manager - Electric System Operations.

System Operations Supervisor
Provides direct supervision of the System Operators. Subject to the direction and ultimate control of PJM. Has the authority to implement emergency procedures to maintain bulk electric system reliability. Reports to the Manager - Electric System Operations.

System Operator
Operates the bulk electric system in accordance and the direction of PJM. Subject to the direction and ultimate control of PJM. Has the authority to implement emergency procedures to maintain bulk electric system reliability. Reports to the System Operations Supervisor.

System Operations Planner
Provides reliability analysis and bulk electric system outage management coordination. Reports to the Manager - Electric System Operations.

System Operations Trainer
Develops and provides training for all Electric System Operations personnel. Reports to the Manager - Electric System Operations.

Asset Management & Centralized Services

Vice President
This position is responsible for ensuring the reliability of the utility’s electric delivery assets, and overseeing various functions that support the provision of safe, reliable service. Oversee the electric delivery capital and O&M spending plans; electric delivery planning; asset reliability; engineering and project management; strategic use of business systems; transmission business strategy; fleet operations and supply chain support.

Senior Administrative Assistant
Provides administrative support to Asset Management & Centralized Services. Reports to the Vice President – Asset Management & Centralized Services.

Asset Integration Leader
Maximizes Electric Delivery's return on assets through the strategic integration of electric transmission and distribution operations, maintenance and construction plans.  Provides this fully integrated plan based upon asset performance, risk analysis and cost benefit analysis.  Prioritizes and monitors the plan.

Project Manager
Direct report to Asset Integration Leader.  Overall responsibility for the management of the process to establish the annual work plan for all capital, operating and maintenance, and deferred expenditures.  Develop and present the business case for modifications to the existing five-year plan as the annual financial targets are set.  Ensure that each Department/Division understands their annual work plan to be accomplished within the approved spending levels.

Monitor financial and operational targets and analyze actual results to assess compliance with the work/business plan.  Direct adjustments as the year progresses as necessary to ensure that resources are allocated based on the best economic and operational strategy.

Responsibilities also include the management of the Services Company products and services purchased by the entire Utility.

Director Transmission Business Strategy
Provide rate, ratemaking and tariff expertise, analysis and proposals for PSE&G to maintain or establish revenue recovery mechanisms for transmission and bulk system issues.  Develop and integrate PSE&G position into the "level of the firm" Enterprise position for overall positive impact to PSEG and negotiate tariffs that advance and protect PSEG's industry position at the level of the firm.  Provide proposals and serve as the expert witness, providing testimony regarding Federal Regulatory Policies and specific industry issues to both external and internal constituents.

Manager – Transmission Rates & Tariffs
Direct Report to Director Transmission Business Strategy.  Provide rate, ratemaking and tariff expertise, analysis and proposals for PSE&G to maintain or establish revenue recovery mechanisms for transmission and bulk system issues. Negotiate outcomes that advance PSEG’s industry position at the level of the firm to impact PSEG rate of return. Prepare and serve as expert witness providing testimony to increase PSE&G rate of return or otherwise protect PSE&G’s regulatory position. Maintain and apply working knowledge of PSEG Standards for Business Controls and meet management's expectations for effective internal business controls.

Director - Utility Operation Services
Provides leadership and strategic direction of PSE&G's Utility Operations Services (UOS) organization its provision of centralized services and governance for electric and gas delivery.  Responsible for the following areas:  Utility Supply Chain Management and storeroom operations, Craft apprentice and incumbent training, Measurement - Meter Design, Install, Inspect and Test, Electric and Gas Project and Construction Management, Flee acquisition, disposal, maintenance and repair, Business Systems Integration, Delivery Environmental Health & Safety and Utility Security.

Manager - Asset Reliability
Overall responsibility for Inside and Outside Plant Engineering and Design, Standards; Procedures and Methods; Maintenance Planning and Tracking, Capital Replace Equipment Planning and Budgeting, major projects, System Protection, Equipment Ratings and Transmission and Distribution SCADA.

Standards and Methods Group Leader
Direct Report to  Manager – Asset Reliability.  Direct a group of technical professionals who develop construction, operating and maintenance policies and standards for all inside and Distribution outside plant facilities on the PSE&G electric delivery system.  Provide complex engineering solutions and perform system studies for underground, overhead and substation power systems.  Support strategic internal clients with engineering evaluations and distribution system expertise in a variety of technical areas.  Develop specifications, operating and maintenance procedures for inside and outside plant equipment.  Establish, schedule and track maintenance programs for all overhead and underground outside plant equipment.  Create work methods and standard operating procedures for electric operating divisions.  Provide performance evaluations and approval for new tools, equipment and third party services.  Revise and maintain published construction, operating and maintenance technical publications for inside and outside plant facilities.  Develop technical standards and perform product approvals for all commercial, industrial and residential lighting systems installed on the electric distribution system.

Technical Support Team Leaders
Direct Reports to Manager-Asset Reliability. Direct a group of technical professionals who have expertise in inside and outside plant equipment operation and maintenance. Provide technical support to the electric operating divisions for the safe operation and maintenance of T&D facilities, equipment and materials (inside & outside plant). Provide complex engineering and technical support services, equipment technical specifications, equipment ratings, manufacturing, installation and commissioning oversight for new equipment. Provide expertise on the operability/condition of equipment. Provide expertise to determine equipment failure analysis and subsequent corrective actions for improved equipment performance. Provide input into maintenance program requirements and support the execution of preventive, corrective, and reliability maintenance activities associated with the Company’s electric T&D facilities. Provide complex power quality services to internal and external clients. Maintain the utility’s base and mobile wireless communications system.

Project Engineering & Design Team Leader
Direct Report to Manager – Asset Reliability.  Lead and manage project engineers, designers and drawing management personnel responsible to provide engineering and design for switching and substations in voltage class of 4KV through 500 kV. Provide engineering and design technical support, project support, maintain drawing records for all electrical and civil work for PSE&G Inside Plant Facilities, engineering calculations, studies, engineering and design for all civil, electrical layout and controls for switching and substations. Prepare design standards, provide engineering and design support during emergencies. Provide assistance to project management in implementing project from concept to completion phase. Support licensing efforts for substations and switching stations, prepare project estimates and scoping documents. Represent Company on external committees, research projects and exchange information with other companies/utilities.

Manager-Transmission Engineering
Direct Report to Manager – Asset Reliability.  Direct and Lead the engineering and design activities for construction, operation and maintenance of the overhead and underground outside plant transmission facilities (Oil and Solid Dielectric Cables, Lines and Structures). Overall responsibility for developing and managing multi-disciplined projects in accordance with scope, schedule and budget. Direct the response to and handling of electric transmission related EMF and right-of-way inquires and issues. Direct the development, evaluation and award of major contracts for engineering and construction work. Conduct project reviews, investigate problems and develop solutions. Provide Engineering and Design support for wireless attachment to transmission facilities.

Manager-System Reliability
Direct Report to Manager – Asset Reliability.  Provide technical direction, management and 24x7 support of the following: Energy Management Systems and related systems that support the Electric System Operating Center (ESOC); Real time systems that support the Emergency Electric System Operating Center (EESOC); data for energy accounting; historic information about the transmission system for business decisions and planning; data analysis for management of PSE&G; purchase and deployment of new Remote Terminal Units (RTU’s) and Energy Management Systems; data communications between PSE&G facilities and PSEG Power, PJM, NISO, NYPP and ConEd and related contracted support services. Provide support for compliance with all NERC regulations and specifically the NERC CIP requirements.

System Analysis and System Protection Group Leader
Direct Report to Manager-Asset Reliability.  Manages System Protection Group and provides Strategic long range asset management focus to transmission and distribution system protection systems. Reviews yearly preventative and corrective maintenance data to optimize the system protection maintenance program. Represents PSE&G as a prime technical contact on regional and national committees and interacts with industry peers on significant technical matters in the system protection area. Applies and implements NERC, RFC and PJM compliance standards to ensure PSE&G compliance. Provides guidance and leadership to all PSE&G Engineers in the development of relay specifications for projects, relay settings, relay testing routines and maintenance of the relay test manual. Initiates, directs and performs root cause analysis of highly complex equipment or system failures. Provides engineering and technical solutions for unusually complex problems.

Reliability Centered Maintenance Expert
Direct Report to Manager – Asset Reliability.  Directs and integrates long term, strategic and asset management focus on Electric Distribution and Transmission Assets including the analysis of specific equipment and system performance; identification of trends and gaps; generation of solution options (distribution maintenance/ replacement plan); impacts on system; determination of effect on business targets; and evaluating operational risks.

In concert with industry benchmarking, provides strategic direction and vision in research and application of technology to develop innovative maintenance systems and practices. Represents company in national and international industry forums.

Manager - Electric Delivery Planning
Provide overall direction of planning, design and analysis of PJM/RFC bulk power, local PSE&G Transmission and Distribution systems for system growth and reinforcement.  Direct and manage the development of programs required to manage the risk of the Company (e.g. - RTEP expansion).  Represent PSE&G at North American Electric Reliability Council (NERC), ReliabilityFirst (RFC), and PJM Interconnection (PJM) and the interregional ISO/MOU planning committee.  Perform system studies and load forecasts.

Manager-Transmission Planning
Direct Report to Manager - Electric Delivery Planning.  Manage the long and short-range transmission planning process on both the regional (PJM and NYISO) and Local (PSE&G internal system) levels. Provide overall direction of the planning and analysis of the PJM bulk power and PSE&G local transmission systems in coordination with the Distribution planners. This includes interface with and coordination with the RTEP baseline studies, the Electric Delivery ten year expansion plan, determination of expansion alternatives and feasibility. Provide detailed scope and cost estimates for proposed network enhancements which coordinate with PSE&G's Field Divisions, Delivery Distribution planners and the Policy and Procedures organizations. Direct and manage power system simulation studies, develop PSE&G positions on issues related to PJM restructuring and market policies and interface with PJM/ISO to identify, assess and resolve significant PJM/ISO issues impacting PSE&G's competitive and strategic interests. Direct and manage a team to provide expertise and to perform non- routine technical studies, covering a broad spectrum of power system projects. Represent PSE&G at Reliability First (RFC) regional coordination council, the NYISO planning, and Pennsylvania Jersey Maryland (PJM) committees. Develop and present PSE&G's positions/policies to preserve its interests. Represent PSE&G on the PJM Planning Committee, the Transmission Expansion Advisory committee, and NYISO TPAS committee. Maintain and apply working knowledge of PSEG Standards for Business Controls and meet management's expectations for effective internal business controls.

Design Engineer
Direct Report to Manager - Electric Delivery Planning.  Provide high level expertise to solve complex engineering problems and direct efforts to develop and select cost effective plans which provide safe, reliable, high quality energy service to customers.  Work requires engineering, business and financial expertise, creativity, judgment and decisiveness.  Meet with existing and prospective major customers and co-generators to establish plans of supply and provide energy solutions.  Direct associates in analyzing system conditions and developing performance gap solutions.  Provide engineering and risk analysis of the electric distribution system and major components.  Evaluate, select and prioritize plans to maximize return on investment and meet business targets.  Develop new planning and system design criteria and integrate new equipment into existing or new distribution designs.  Provide strategic long range asset management focus to forecast load, determine system operating conditions, analyze system performance and determine need and method for reinforcement.  Finalize and prioritize projects.  Utilize business and engineering knowledge to develop and approve new and/or replacement facilities optimizing cost, benefits, reliability and risk.  Finalize and prioritize projects.  Provide technical support and/or training to field operations in one or more of the following areas: designs, material, procedures, planning criteria, standards, emergency management.  Design, approve, and communicate plans of energy supply to major new business customers.  Provide engineering and technical solutions for unusually complex problems in support of large industrial and commercial customers.

Principal Staff Engineer
Position provides day to day technical expertise and support required for developing and proposing future transmission system upgrades to maintain bulk power system reliability for the short and long range planning horizons. This position requires close interaction for coordination of future expansion plans with PJM Independent System Operators group.  Work functions includes power system simulation studies, determination of feasibility, scope and cost estimates for proposed direct generation and merchant transmission interconnection and network enhancements as well as baseline transmission expansion projects impacting PSE&G bulk power system. This position requires proficiency in performing power flow, short circuit and stability analysis. The successful candidate will be responsible for some of internal PSE&G future transmission related projects from conceptual to completion stages. This will require project planning, analysis of system impact, performing economic evaluation of alternative plans, coordination and support of internal clients, presentation to senior management and project approval and authorization.

Staff Engineer
Assist in developing and proposing future transmission system upgrades required to maintain bulk power system reliability for the short range and long range planning horizons. This position requires close interaction for coordination of future expansion plans with PJM Independent System Operators planning group. Work function includes power system simulation studies, determination of feasibility, scope and cost estimates for proposed direct generation and merchant transmission interconnection and network enhancements as well as baseline transmission expansion projects impacting PSE&G bulk power system. Represent PSE&G on regional and interregional working groups aimed to insure bulk power system reliability. The job function include engineering analysis to evaluate the timing of transmission reinforcements to ensure the reliability and economic operation of the bulk power system, performing complex power system engineering studies to determine the PSE&G transmission system limitations (thermal, voltage and stability), operating capability and performing short range planning analysis and analyze potential operating limitations and develop operating procedures to guide the system operators.

Manager - Process, Standards and Development
Responsible for management and oversight of specific processes in Electric Delivery and PSE&G; includes process definition and design, metrics, goals and improvement efforts.
Areas include performance measurement, benchmarking, best practices, new technology identification and deployment, new business process, new services/Smart Growth/net metering, Street Lighting, Work Management, process improvement, Attachments, business standards & controls, and the PSE&G Management Model.

Manager - Asset Information & System Policy
Responsible for the Electric Delivery asset register, including the physical plant, geographic, diagnostic and operational asset information.  Provide policies, oversight and support to the Electric Delivery organization on the use of its' key business systems.

Regulatory Leader
Direct Report to VP-Asset Management & Centralized Services.  Direct the work providing a centralized focus and long-term strategic plans for maintaining regulatory compliance of the distribution business. Direct the process of investigating and preparing responses to state regulatory agency requests, settlement offers and mandated notifications and responses. Manage and enhance the department’s effectiveness in leveraging and influencing the course of future state policies toward favorable outcomes. Serve as consultant to senior management and external spokespersons for the organization on significant matters of state legislation activities and represent the Company position at meetings and/or hearings. Provide strategic planning, direction and leadership for a department focused on maintaining the state regulatory compliance of the organization.

Utility Business Analysis

Vice President
Overall responsibilities include overseeing Basic Generation Service (“BGS”) and Basic Gas Supply Service (“BGSS”); administration of non-utility generation contracts; and retail business services, which includes wholesale and retail settlement, interchange billing and financial settlement, risk and credit assessment, and third-party supplier operational interactions.

Senior Administrative Assistant
Provides administrative support to Utility Business Analysis. Reports to the Vice President – Utility Business Analysis.

Director – BGS/BGSS Services
Formulate, develop, manage and implement the overall strategies, policies and plans for BGS auctions or other procurement activities. Oversee the implementation and overall administration of these auctions and the subsequent contracts with the successful bidders. Monitor supplier performance during the supply periods to assure that the terms of the BGS Master Supplier Agreement are adhered to. Develop and monitor a program to sell the NUG energy output. Oversee the environmental portfolio standards and demand response program requirements of BGS service.

Administers the PSE&G side of the full requirements default gas service supply contract between PSE&G and PSEG ER&T as well as overseeing the NJ regulatory filings for BGSS.

Manager – BGS
Formulate, develop, manage and implement the overall strategies, policies and plans for BGS auctions or other procurement activities.  Oversee the implementation and overall administration of these auctions and the subsequent contracts with the successful bidders.  Monitor supplier performance during the supply periods to assure that the terms of the BGS Master Supplier Agreement are adhered to.  Develop and monitor a program to sell the NUG energy output.  Oversee the environmental portfolio standards and demand response program requirements of BGS service.

Manager – BGSS
Provide leadership and direction in the development of BGSS filings as necessary to recover BGSS costs.  Oversee and review on an ongoing basis the BGSS Requirements Contract duties carried out by ER&T including any and all related audits.  Develop, with cost data and technical support from ER&T, the annual BGSS Commodity Charge filing to be made in the second quarter and file for additional increases or decreases as necessary during the heating season.  Monitor the BGSS deferral balance and, if necessary, implement increases/reductions to avoid incurring excessive interest charges or large future increases.  Review and monitor on an ongoing basis, the recording of transactions for Residential and C&I purchases of hedges and other gas supplies, to insure prudence in the allocations for BGSS purposes.

Manager – NUG Contracts
Develop and successfully execute the Non-Utility Generation (NUG) business plan.  Responsible for carrying out all activities associated with the management of capacity, energy and wheeling services received from or produced by NUGs in the most economical, effective and efficient manner possible in accordance with the terms and conditions of Power Purchase, Interconnection, Operation and Coordination and Wheeling Agreements negotiated by and between PSE&G and NUGs.  Support the program of selling the NUG energy output.

Manager – Retail Business Services
This position is responsible for the development and implementation of services required to support retail (Third Party Supplier) electric and gas providers, including customer relationship.  These services include data interchange, billing, risk and credit assessment, and financial settlement.  The position is also responsible for developing, communicating and negotiating NJ BPU regulatory changes for competitive Customer Account Services through established working groups and formal proceedings, developing strategic solutions that protect and enhance PSE&G financial performance.

Direct and lead the operational interactions with: over thirty licensed Third Party Suppliers; the business and risk management of wholesale and retail electric and gas financial settlement, (currently tracking at over $2 Billion annually among PJM, TPS, BGS, and BGSS operations): and the North American Energy Standards Board (NAESB) in setting national rules for retail/utility interactions and performance levels.

Manager - RSU Finance/Risk Management
Direct the operational, business, credit and risk management strategies and activities of the utility related to Third Party Electric and Gas Suppliers and merchant generators in the PSE&G service territory. Lead team of analysts in the development and provision of risk management, customer service for Third Party Suppliers and the Basic Generation Supplier (BGS), industry and internal policy direction, accounting and collection services for nearly $1.5 billion of annual electricity interchange; preserve the integrity of the PSE&G obligations for minimizing risk to ratepayers and shareholders. Manage and implement the credit policies for Third Party Suppliers and other market participants subject to litigation by multiple participants and interveners. Establish credit and risk management policy based on negotiations and within guidelines of federal and state legislature and the PJM ISO; direct FERC and BPU filings, licenses and tariffs; oversee the development and implementation of systems required to manage retail access information and support litigation, audit and business continuity requirements; establish and execute retail access strategic / business / financial plans.

Lead and manage the operational, business and risk management activities of the Transmission Settlement and Services organization with overall responsibility for maintaining and developing the settlement systems and processes used to allocate energy capacity and transmission obligations to all Load Serving Entities and wholesale customers within PSE&G service territory minimizing financial risk and liability to Corporation.  Lead, manage and direct team of Energy Analysts, Engineers, and Business Administrator in the assignment and settlement of energy, capacity and transmission obligations and billing.  Manage, organize and oversee all performance, internal and external processes and controls to ensure flawless execution of the monthly billing, payment and collection, and accounts receivable processes for Third Party Electric Suppliers charges.  Managing the risk/revenue objectives for $1.5 billion of annual wholesale power interchange for retail competition.  Manage PSE&G's activities associated with PJM restructuring/new market structure, and identify issues that have significant potential impact on PSE&G.  Assess, negotiate and resolve significant PJM/ISO issues with other relevant parties to ensure and protect PSE&G's financial interests.  Work collaboratively with regulators, PJM, customers, and suppliers in the development of the retail and wholesale market strategy, rules, regulations and infrastructure.  Counsel FERC, BPU and stakeholders regarding wholesale and retail competition.  Direct technical studies/analyses when required to support PSE&G's position on key issues.  Initiate contacts with industry associations such as NERC, MAAC, etc. to analyze significant issues.

Manager - Supplier Relations
This position is responsible for technical and analytical support, management of issues and providing leadership and guidance for the Third Party Supplier (TPS) Support team of associates.  The Manager-Supplier Relations oversees the TPS/Clean Power Marketers (CPM) relationship and processes, and is ultimately accountable for the successful implementation of Choice process and all issues involving TPS/CPMs.  The Manager-Supplier Relations maintains responsibility, authority and accountability for the success of the Third Party Supplier Support Team and the overall TPS relationship.  The Manager-Supplier Relations is responsible for the Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) certification testing to provide the mechanism for Suppliers to do business with PSE&G, insures that the Company’s processes comply with the Board of Public Utilities (BPU) Choice rules, as well as managing the relationship with the external EDI vendor.  Active BPU involvement (serving as Company Representative) to ensure a consistent and integrated process implementation to meet Electric, Gas and Clean Power Choice objectives.  Maintain and apply working knowledge of PSE&G Standards for Business Controls and meet management’s expectation for internal business controls.
