Solar Loan I Closing Process

If your application for a loan is approved, PSE&G will send you a loan commitment letter that will identify the conditions precedent to close the loan. At closing, you will be required to submit a number of documents (some of which are identified below), and to satisfy the final credit check and the other conditions precedent to closing the loan.

• Memorandum of Option
• Subordination Form
• Transaction Confirmation Letter
