With PSE&G WorryFree Contract coverage, you’ll get coverage on your valuable appliances 24 hours a day/7 days a week. And, with just one phone call – or a few minutes at your computer – you’ll get fast*, reliable repair service from our experienced technicians, who are backed by a company with a 100+ year track record for meeting appointments. Plus, you’ll never have to worry about labor charges, deductibles, or other surprise repair bills. 

Best of all, there are no payment increases just because your appliances are getting older, and the convenient, monthly payments for your contract coverage will appear right on your PSE&G energy bill.

 
 

*Response times will vary by seasonal demands and by the nature of the problem. Contracts do not provide priority service, regular maintenance, a guaranteed response time, or annual inspections.

To receive coverage, a separate contract must be purchased for each appliance of the same type (e.g., two refrigerators). An elite brand kitchen appliance can only be covered under a WorryFree Elite Brand contract. You'll receive 10% off each contract ordered when you have three or more WorryFree Contracts in effect. Some restrictions apply. Detailed terms and conditions are available upon request. Heat pumps/microwaves are NOT covered. Prices are subject to change without notice. Preexisting defects are not covered. PSE&G WorryFree Services are only available to customers located in PSE&G's service territory. Similar services can be provided by service companies other than PSE&G. A list of those service companies may be available from public listings, including telephone directories. Special note: WorryFree Contracts do not provide for gas emergency service. If you detect a gas odor, have a gas appliance that will not shut off, or have a carbon monoxide concern, contact your local gas utility.
