B.P.U.N.J. No. 15 (July 9, 2010 - April 30, 2013)

Effective 02/01/2013 Implementation of a Tariff change effective February 1, 2013 as per Board approval of a change in the Societal Benefits Charge (SBC).
Effective 01/01/2013 Implementation of Tariff changes effective January 1, 2013 as per Board approval of changes to the Capital Economic Stimulus Infrastructure Investment Programs (CIP I and CIP II). In addition, these revised tariff sheets have been issued to incorporate changes resulting from a decrease in the Transitional Energy Facility Assessment Unit Tax.
Effective 10/25/2012 Implementation of a Tariff change effective October 25, 2012 as per Board approval of a change in the Societal Benefits Charge (SBC).
Effective 10/01/2012 Implementation of a Tariff changes effective October 1, 2012 as per the BPU’s approval of changes to the Universal Service Fund and Lifeline components of the SBC rate; a provisional change in the Company’s Weather Normalization Charge; and a provisional decrease in the BGSS-RSG Commodity charge.
Effective 06/01/2012 Implementation of Tariff changes effective June 1, 2012 as per Board approval to include Contract Service (CSG).
Effective 05/01/2012 Implementation of a Tariff change effective May 1, 2012 as per Board approval of the BGSS-RSGOP applicable to Rate Schedule RSG for Off-Peak period pricing.
Effective 02/01/2012 Implementation of Tariff changes effective February 1, 2012 as per Board approval reflecting a one-month bill credit in the BGSS-RSG Commodity charge for usage during the period of February 1st through and including February 29th. In addition, the change contains the BGSS-RSG Commodity charge effective for usage on and after March 1, 2012.
Effective 01/01/2012 Implementation of Tariff changes effective January 1, 2012 as per Board approval reflecting the continuation of the phase-out of the Transitional Energy Facility Assessment (TEFA) Unit tax.
Effective 12/01/2011 Tariff change effective December 1, 2011 reflecting a self-implementing decrease in the BGSS-RSG Commodity Charge for Residential Gas Service Customers.
Effective 11/09/2011 Implementation of Tariff changes effective November 9, 2011 as per Board approval based on a change in law, N.J.S.A. 48:3-60.1, which created an exemption from certain charges.
Effective 11/01/2011 Implementation of a Tariff change effective November 1, 2011 as per Board approval of changes to the Universal Service Fund and Lifeline components of the Societal Benefits Charge (SBC).
Effective 10/01/2011 Implementation of a Tariff change effective October 1, 2011 as per Board approval of changes to the Margin Adjustment Charge, Weather Normalization Charge and a decrease in the BGSS-RSG Commodity Charge for Residential Gas Service Customers.
Effective 07/24/2011 Implementation of Tariff changes effective July 24, 2011 as per Board approval of changes to the Regional Greenhouse Gas Recovery Charge (RGGI) for the Energy Efficiency Economic Extension Program component and Capital Adjustment Charges (CAC) for the Capital Economic Stimulus Infrastructure Investment Program.
Effective 07/1/2011 Implementation of a Tariff change effective July 1, 2011 as per Board approval of a change in the Societal Benefits Charge (SBC).
Effective 05/1/2011 Implementation of a Tariff change effective May 1, 2011 as per Board approval of the BGSS-RSGOP applicable to Rate Schedule RSG for Off-Peak period pricing.

Effective 08/09/2010 Implementation of a Tariff change effective August 9, 2010 as per Board approval of a change in the Societal Benefits Charge (SBC).
