• Vice President - Electric Operations
  Company Officer with the overall responsibility for the PSE&G Electric Transmission and Distribution Systems. Reports to the President and COO PSE&G.

• Director - Electric System Operations
  Directs the operations, operational planning, and regulatory compliance of the PSE&G bulk electric system in accordance with the PJM agreement. Has the authority to implement emergency procedures to maintain bulk electric system reliability. Reports to the Vice President – Electric Operations.
• Senior Administrative Associate
  Provides administrative support to Electric System Operations. Reports to the Director - Electric System Operations.
• System Operations Supervisor
  Provides direct supervision of the System Operators. Subject to the direction and ultimate control of PJM. Has the authority to implement emergency procedures to maintain bulk electric system reliability. Reports to the Director - Electric System Operations.
• System Operator
  Operates the bulk electric system in accordance and the direction of PJM. Subject to the direction and ultimate control of PJM. Has the authority to implement emergency procedures to maintain bulk electric system reliability. Reports to the System Operations Supervisor.
• System Operations Planner
  Provides reliability analysis and bulk electric system outage management coordination. Reports to the Director - Electric System Operations.
• Operations Training Manager
  Develops and provides training for all Electric System Operations personnel. Reports to the Director - Electric System Operations.
• Vice President Asset Management and Centralized Services
  Company Officer with the overall responsibility for the long term strategic direction of the PSE&G Electric Transmission and Distribution Systems. Reports to the President and COO PSE&G.
• Director - Asset Reliability
  Directs the Electric and Gas T&D system engineering and design efforts, system protection, maintenance planning and scheduling, emergency maintenance and repairs to major equipment, equipment rating standards and calculations for the PSE&G bulk electric system in accordance with the PJM, NERC and RFC requirements. Reports to the Vice President - Asset Management and Centralized Services.
• Director - Electric Delivery Planning
  Directs the activities of PSE&G’s transmission planning and distribution planning departments, including expansion planning, technical studies and interconnection planning. Oversight of capital projects and development of regional transmission expansion plans. Reports to the Vice President - Asset Management and Centralized Services.
• Manager - Transmission Planning
  Manages transmission expansion planning, interconnection planning, and oversees selection of capital projects. Manages transmission system analyses and assesses reliability impact for generation and transmission interconnection.  Reports to Director - Electric Delivery Planning.
• Principal Engineer
  Manages technical studies, transmission system analyses, and assesses reliability impact for generation and transmission interconnection. Reports to Director - Electric Delivery Planning.
• Design Engineer
  Manages distribution planning and oversees selection of capital projects. Manages system analyses and assesses reliability impact for load growth. Reports to Director - Electric Delivery Planning.
• Principal Staff Engineer
  Performs power system studies, identifies capital projects to address reinforcement needs and participates in intraregional and interregional studies. Reports to Principal Engineer.
• Staff Engineer
  Performs power system studies, identifies capital projects to address reinforcement needs and participates in intraregional and interregional studies. Reports to Manager - Transmission Planning, Principal Engineer or Design Engineer.
• Engineer
  Performs power system studies. Reports to Manager - Transmission Planning or Design Engineer.
