PSE&G Offers Bill Payment Options to Help You Save Time and Better Manage Your Energy Bills.

Automatic Bill Pay

Automatically pay your bill each month. With Automatic Bill Pay, you authorize regularly scheduled payments to be made from your checking or savings account. Once enrolled, your payment is automatically deducted from your bank account on the day your bill is due, and proof of payment appears on your statement.  This service is available through My Account (if you are not already registered, sign up now).  Select Automatic Bill Pay from the My Account home page.

Pay Bill at Your Convenience

  • From your bank account - register your checking or savings account and pay your bill online at your  convenience. This service is available through My Account (if you are not already registered, sign up now).  Select View/Pay My Bill from the My Account home page.
  • With your Visa, Mastercard or Discover Card – this option is available through Western Union Speedpay, which charges a fee of $5.95 for each payment.  This service is available through My Account (if you are not already registered, sign up now).  Select View/Pay My Bill from the My Account home page.

Pay by credit card

Use your Visa, MasterCard or Discover Card for a $5.95 fee each time you pay by credit card. (There is a $2,000 limit per transaction.) This service is available by Western Union Speedpay through My Account (if you are not already registered, sign up now).

Pay by phone

Call 1-866-234-4676 to enroll today. Then, each time you want to pay by phone, call 1-866-234-4676 again to enable telephone payments using your checking or savings account for a fee of 60¢ per payment.

Equal Payment Plan (EPP)

Looking for predictability and peace of mind? The Equal Payment Plan (EPP) allows you to pay the same amount each month for your energy bills. You'll pay for the exact amount of the energy you use, but the total cost will be spread equally throughout the year. Here’s how it works:

1.  EPP allows you to pay the same amount each month for your energy bill.

  • We will still read your meter each month to determine the actual amount of energy used, so it's important to provide access for meter readings.
  • You can check your actual use each month on the section of your bill labeled, "PSE&G Equal Payment Plan" near the end of your billing statement.

2.  Once per year, you will be billed your regular EPP amount plus any balance due, or less any credit. We’ll also let you know if your payment amount needs to be adjusted due to a change in your energy use.
