Low Growing Trees That May Be Suitable For Planting Near Distribution Lines:
When selecting trees to plant underneath or near utility pole lines, it is important to select smaller sized trees to minimize conflicts with overhead electrical construction equipment and wires. By selecting smaller trees, the need for line clearance pruning is minimized or eliminated all together.
