 OFFICIAL RULES. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. The purchase of a new WorryFree Contract will not increase your chances of winning. HOW TO ENTER: Complete (a) the WorryFree enrollment form to purchase a contract and automatically be entered in the Giveaway or (b) to enter the Giveaway only, complete a 3” x 5” postcard, and mail it in a standard envelope with proper postage affixed to: 2008 PSE&G WorryFree Hot Hybrid Giveaway, P.O. Box 984, Newark, New Jersey 07101-0984. Information required on the Mail-in Entry consists of your First Name, Last Name, Street Address, City, State, Zip, Phone Number, and Account Number. Only one entry per account number. All entries become the property of PSE&G. By entry into this Sweepstakes, winners consent to the use of their names, identities, and photographs for promotional purposes without additional compensation except where prohibited by law. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The Sweepstakes begins on March 1 and ends on July 15, 2008. ELIGIBILITY: Must be a PSE&G residential customer. Employees, independent contractors, and any other persons or companies who receive compensation from PSE&G or their affiliates and the immediate family and household members of all such persons are not eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes. DRAWING AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS: The winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about August 29, 2008, from among all eligible entries received. All determinations, including eligibility, are at the sole discretion of PSE&G. PSE&G will promptly notify the winners by phone, email, and/or mail. The winner’s account number must be active at the time of the drawing to win. If a winner does not accept a prize within 90 days of notification, prize will be forfeited. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Winners must be 21 years or older to win. Complete terms and conditions will be furnished with prize notification. Winners must sign and agree to terms and conditions of the prize. No cash equivalent will be awarded and no substitution will be made. PSE&G reserves the right to substitute any listed prize or prize component for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize would become unavailable for any reason. Prizes are non-transferable and are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee either expressed or implied. Any depictions of the prizes are for illustrative purposes only. Values of the prizes will be reported to the IRS. SWEEPSTAKES CONDITIONS: This Sweepstakes is subject to these Official Rules and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
