Can I check my account online? Beginning on March 30, 2009, you can access your account by registering on www.pseg.com The registration process is simple: you will need the name as it appears on your bill, your account number and an email address. You will be asked to create a user ID and password to log in to your account.
Once you are logged in to your account, you will be able to view your bill online, sign up for paperless billing, start or transfer PSE&G service, schedule service appointments, enroll in the Equal Payment Plan, purchase WorryFree service contracts, report power outages and check the status of reported outages. Can I pay my bill online? Yes, with PSE&G’s Online Bill Payment Program you can save time and better manage your energy bills. Once enrolled in this program, you can pay immediately, schedule a future payment or set up recurring payments.

Can I pay my PSE&G bill by credit card? Yes, PSE&G has contracted with Speedpay to allow you to pay your PSE&G bill online using your MasterCard, Visa, or Discover credit card. There is an additional fee charged for using this service and those fees will be explained when you access Speedpay, or by calling 800-968-1305 to make this transaction.

Can I enter my meter reading online? Online meter readings should be used for meters located in a place that is not accessible to our meter readers to eliminate the need for estimated bills. Online meter readings are now submitted through MyAccount services. Log in or register now! (Back to Top)
