The Small Business Direct Install Program can help you cut your energy costs by up to 30% by offering: 

• A FREE on-site energy audit of your facility’s electrical equipment.
• A proposal based on your audit with recommended energy efficiency measures.
• Installation of energy-saving equipment at your convenience.

Eligible Energy Efficiency Equipment upgrades may include: 

• Lighting retrofits including sensors and controls
• Refrigeration, motors and HVAC
• Site-specific custom projects

PSE&G makes the investment in energy efficiency upgrades easy for you by initially covering 100% of the cost to install the recommended energy efficiency measures.  You will repay ONLY 20% of the total cost to install the energy efficiency measures, interest free, over two years on your PSE&G bill.

A. PSE&G will perform the on-site small business audit, provide a detailed report explaining the energy audit results with recommended energy savings upgrades, and provide a proposal with costs to perform the energy efficiency upgrade work.

B. Once the cost proposal is approved, PSE&G’s authorized contractor will perform the work.

C. Participating customers will repay only 20% of the cost of the work, interest free, over 24 months on their PSE&G bill, or in one lump sum payment if they prefer.
