Martin Innis: Hasbrouck Heights Wrestling
At the end of each quarter, one lucky winner from the online applications will be chosen at random to receive an additional $150 grant toward their team!

The second-quarter grant winner is Martin Innis, a Project Manager for PSE&G. His organization Hasbrouck Heights Wrestling will receive an additional $150.

The extra grant money will be used for league fees which allow our wrestlers to have a full season of competitive matches.  The Hasbrouck Heights Recreation Wrestling program consists of approximately 60 wrestlers from grades two through eight.  The program focuses on teaching children the fundamentals of the sport in an encouraging and fun environment. However, Innis says “the costs associated with running the program which includes league fees, tournament fees, officials and uniforms can be burdensome.  Over the past four seasons, PSE&G Support for Sports program has generously offset approximately $1,400 of the aforementioned costs through their grant program.”

Innis is proud to display the PSE&G Support for Sports banner at all home matches and tournaments.  It reminds those in attendance, that as an integral part of the community, PSE&G not only keeps the lights on in the gym, but also helps keep the wrestlers on the mats.
