Phyllis has been with PSEG for 18 years, beginning her career here as an Associate Engineer right out of college. After 8 years of learning and growth in that area she moved on to become a Senior Environment Engineer, becoming aware of that opportunity through our CareerLink service. Two years later, she broadened her experience by becoming a Plant Engineer (a position she also learned about through CareerLink) at Sewaren Generating Station and subsequently at NJ Peaking Operations, where she gained exposure to a broad range of new technologies. Her next role, as Production Manager at Sewaren Generating Station, enriched her knowledge of plant management, safety, maintenance and budgeting. Today, Phyllis is the Plant Manager at our Linden Generating Station.

A shining example of the long-term career growth here at PSEG, Dave started his career here right out of high school back in 1967, as a Drawing File Clerk in the Engineering Design Division. During his impressive tenure with us, his career path has exposed him to a rich variety of experience and positions. In the 70’s, Dave rose from Assistant to Supervisor within our Engineering and Construction Department. In the 80’s, Dave served as a Senior Construction Supervisor – while also earning his Bachelor’s degree at Rutgers University (with tuition assistance provided by PSEG). In the 90’s, Dave served in a variety of Supervisor roles, after which he moved on to become a Plant Engineer. In 2003, he was promoted to Production Manager, had received a NJ Stationary Engineer license First class and today serves as the Plant Manager of our NJ Peaking gas turbine facility.
